Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and previous licensure in radiology, she is equipped with a solid foundation that fuels her commitment to fostering cohesive teams and optimizing project efficiency.

Karen joined Zecca Ross Law Firm P.C. as a Project Manager, where she provides direction and management to attorneys and staff regarding cases, as well as administrative support. Her role involves overseeing the coordination of legal matters, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication within the firm.

Prior to her current position, Karen held several key roles including Health Services Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Assistant Manager, and Administration Assistant. Her experience as an Experienced Medical Specialist and PTR in the workers' compensation and urgent care fields highlights her proficiency in vital signs monitoring, ICD-10 billing and coding, management, surveillance, and healthcare operations.

Education

Karen Spencer pursued her Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2016. During her time at the university, she honed her skills and knowledge in healthcare administration and management, preparing herself for a successful career in the healthcare industry.

In 2008, Karen Spencer earned a Diploma in Practical Tech Radiology from The Bryman School of Arizona. This program equipped her with the necessary skills and expertise in limited scope x-ray procedures, medical assisting, and administrative tasks in the field of radiology. She also completed a 40-hour externship in phlebotomy to further enhance her skill set and practical experience.

During her academic journey, Karen Spencer also pursued her passion for horsemanship at the College of Saint Benedict from 1980 to 1982. While not directly related to her professional career, her dedication to horsemanship showcases her diverse interests and commitment to lifelong learning and personal development.
